Web Security Upgrade – TLS1.3
As from 1 August 2022, we will be limiting all our web traffic to the TLS v1.3 (or higher) encryption protocol as part of an industry-wide effort to increase web security. If you are integrating software to our systems you will need to make sure that this standard is supported by your software. Should you be using a browser to manage your account you will need to have the latest version.
What do you need to do?
Since this is an industry-wide change, it’s likely your IT department is already aware of the protocol upgrade and has a plan in place to migrate from older standards to TLS v1.3. If you are uncertain, please take the time to send them this communication about upgrading/configuring your company’s browsers to support TLS v1.3.
